I am a former GB U23 rower and currently a GB Bobsleigh athlete, gaining over a decade of experience in high-performance sports. My workout program is inspired by insights and techniques acquired from training under Olympic-level strength and conditioning coaches. This extensive background has shaped a regiment designed to maximize athletic performance, drawing from the fat burning and endurance demands of rowing and the power, speed and mass gains of bobsleigh.
